Annex Ventures was founded with a simple core principle:

Help smart entrepreneurs with great ideas get a running start.

Most of our business plans that we review come to us through referrals. We are also open to reviewing unsolicited business plans as well. Our interests range mostly in hi-tech or biotech ventures; our definition of hi-tech is pretty "loose". We rarely "invest and forget", we like to be hands on and help entrepreneurs through the ever evolving process of their business venture.

Our initial investment can be little as $100K and go up to $2M. We work with other venture capital firms, angel groups and private investors as needed to help a promising company meet its capital requirements. We have strong ties into the business community and venture community allowing us to help a emerging company with contacts and advice.
